1. Acceptance of terms

By using ZYNCO Mobile and purchasing an eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. eSIM compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM compatible and carrier unlocked before purchasing. We do not issue refunds for purchases made for incompatible devices.

3. Activation and usage

Each eSIM QR code can be installed once and is tied to a single device. Once installed, it cannot be transferred or reinstalled on another device.

Plans activate automatically upon arrival at the destination and are subject to the Fair Usage Policy of local network operators.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be issued for eSIMs that have not been installed and where a technical fault prevents activation. Installed or used eSIMs are non-refundable.

Contact support within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.

5. Data credits and referrals

Data credits earned through promotions or referrals have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. They may only be applied toward eligible eSIM plans.

6. Limitation of liability

ZYNCO Mobile provides connectivity through third-party networks and is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or speed limitations imposed by local operators.
